If you are new to cycling, you have come to the right place. Team OC prides itself on working with new riders to make sure you are ready for the ride in June. We like to think that we are one of the best trained groups on the ride. If you ride with us every weekend you will definitely be ready for the ride. YOU CAN DO THIS!

We currently only offer rides on the weekend, but we recommend that you get out on your bike at least once during the week if you can. If you can't, we recommend that you do some cross training during the week. Spin classes are great work outs and definitely enhance your training. Spin classes are offered at many local gyms and we can give you recommendations if you like. Other forms of exercise also help including running, roller blading, mountain biking, lifting weights, walking, hiking, etc.
